He began his journey in a small, two-bay garage on the outskirts of Phoenix, offering basic repair services to the local community.

Over the years, AutoFix Pro grew steadily, expanding its services and attracting a loyal customer base. Tom's commitment to customer satisfaction and his dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies were key to the company's success. In the early 2000s, Tom's daughter, Sarah O'Malley, joined the business, bringing her expertise in management and marketing. Together, they modernized the shop, invested in new equipment, and expanded the team.

Today, AutoFix Pro is a leading auto repair shop in Phoenix, known for its expertise, reliability, and customer-centric approach.
